Hi, I am Delmy. I am so glad that you have come to visit my website.  I am a suicide loss survivor (having lost my 17 year old daughter, Frankie, in 2019), a photographer, and an artist.

As a photographer, I capture each image by feeling my way through the viewfinder.  I then transform those images through alternative processes so that hand-crafted elements can be combined with the photographic ones.  I use mixed media to incorporate, build, and expand my photo work through alternative photography, printmaking, encaustics, and textiles.

My work incorporates my loss into my art. Art is my way of finding purpose.

In Wanda Vision, Vision asks, "What is grief, if not love persevering?” For me, my love for Frankie is encapsulated in my art. Then, when I share my art with the world, I spread her love to others, just as she would have done.

I am dedicating this site to Frankie.

She always encouraged me to share my work.

My sweet love, this is for you.

I love you always and forever.
